We’re building fintech for everyone.

Rayl Technologies BV is a software and technology company. We develop, operate, and commercialize digital platforms, software solutions, online marketplaces, and related technology services — including SaaS, digital infrastructure, automation tools, e-commerce technology, and fintech platforms — for businesses and consumers. Today, our flagship products are Rayl Payments and Rayl Marketplace.

We commercialize our software through subscriptions, licensing, platform fees, transaction-based fees, software sales, and technology services.

Why we exist

For decades, the best financial technology has been concentrated in a handful of companies serving a handful of markets. Most of the world’s sellers, buyers, and small businesses still pay too much, wait too long, or work around tools that were never designed for them.

We started Rayl to flip that. Our north star is simple — fintech, opened up to everyone — and we build every product against it.

What we’re building

Rayl Payments

A simpler way to send, receive, and move money. We’re removing the friction from everyday payments for individuals and businesses — fewer steps, fewer fees, fewer borders.

Important: Rayl Technologies BV does not hold or move customer funds. All money movement is performed by licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs) under PSD2 supervision — we build the software layer, they operate the regulated rails.

Rayl Marketplace

A seamless place to sell. Sellers get the tools to list, get discovered, and get paid without having to stitch together a storefront, a payments stack, and a payout system on their own.

How we work

  • Access first. We design for the smallest seller as well as the largest enterprise.
  • Simple by default. If a feature can’t be explained in one sentence, it isn’t ready.
  • Trust, not theatre. Security, reliability, and transparency are baked in — not bolted on later.
  • Build small, ship often. Small team, short feedback loops, real users in the loop early.

Rayl Payments and Rayl Marketplace are product brands operated by Rayl Technologies BV — they are not separate companies or subsidiaries. Everything you see under the Rayl name is one legal entity.

Operating hours

We run on Brussels time (CET in winter, CEST in summer). Every payment we process and every order we receive is logged on our side of the system in Brussels time, so our records always reflect the day our team is operating.

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 22:00 Brussels time
  • Saturday: 13:00 – 17:00 Brussels time
  • Sunday: closed

Seller payouts

Sellers on Rayl Marketplace are paid out twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, between 11:59 (just before noon) and 23:59 Brussels time (CET / CEST, UTC+1 in winter / UTC+2 in summer). Payouts go out on schedule regardless of public holidays.
